Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

 

Return Eligibility

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange unless faulty.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Hygiene liners and original tags are fully intact

• Items are folded neatly and returned in original protective packaging

• The original Rays of Earth swim pouch is included

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Please avoid perfume, lotion, body oil, or makeup contact.
Swim bottoms should be tried on over underwear.

If the original Rays of Earth swim pouch is missing, a £15 replacement fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

Return Authorisation

All returns and exchanges must be authorised before being sent.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us page or email hello@raysofearth.com with your order number and reason for return.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for all returns and exchanges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Rays of Earth is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer one complimentary exchange per order on eligible, non-faulty items.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping to us

• Rays of Earth covers the cost of shipping the replacement item

• Additional exchanges are subject to return and re-shipment costs

All exchange items must meet the return conditions outlined above.

Refused Returns

Returns may be refused if, including but not limited to:

• Signs of wear, washing, staining, odour, or damage

• Missing or removed hygiene liners or tags

• Missing original packaging or swim pouch

Refused returns will not be refunded or exchanged.

At the customer’s request, refused items may be returned at their expense.
If return shipping is not arranged within 14 days, items may be responsibly handled in line with our sustainability practices.

Rays of Earth reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or refusal.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact hello@raysofearth.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description

Approved faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
Damage caused by wear, misuse, improper care, or normal handling is not considered a fault.
